The Mackie Control Universal Pro control surface completes your music production software to give you ultimate hands-on control of your mix. Motorized, touch-sensitive faders, V-Pots and master buttons let you tweak to your heart’s content, with ultra-precise control. The Mackie Control Universal Pro’s do not require a specific driver. Connecting Mackie Control Hi, I'm trying to connect my Mackie Control Universal to the Sonar X3 and I'm having trouble so would like some advice please. I'm using the MIDI in/out of my Saffire Pro 40 which shows up as ins/outs in Sonar. I then go to controller set up and 'add' and fromthe list choose Mackie Control. In the Device Setup dialog, click + and select Mackie Control. Select the MIDI Input for the Mackie Control device. Select the MIDI Output for the Mackie Control device. Select MIDI Port Setup in the list on the left. On the table on the right, locate the MIDI input to which you have connected the remote device.
